  • Administrator – a subject providing services via electronics under the name ADHD Interactive SDN sp. z o.o. sp. k.
  • Website – a website adhdinteractive.com run by the Administrator,

Performing the obligations imposed by the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law, the method of storing information or accessing information already stored in the end-user's device is indicated below. Through the information contained in this document, the User is informed about:

  • the purpose of storing and accessing this information,
  • the possibility of defining the way information is stored or accessed by setting up software installed on end-user’s device or by configuring the service.

Information stored on User’s device (Cookies)

The website run by the Administrator uses Cookies. By "Cookies" we mean portions of information saved in the form of text, sent by the server on which the Website is located and saved in the memory of the User's device.

The User may at any time turn off the service of accepting cookies in his web browser installed on the device, as well as turn it on again. The User can also view cookies by using the appropriate tools in his web browser. A detailed method of changing the browser settings can be found in the "Help" file or otherwise indicated by the browser manufacturer.

Other information accessed by the Website

The website stores HTTP queries directed to the server. This means that the Administrator has information about the public IP address from which the User accesses the content on the Website. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. The server also downloads information about:

  • the time of request,
  • the time of answer send,
  • client’s station name – indentifying is being conducted via HTTP,
  • information about the errors that occurred during the http transaction,
  • url address of the page previously visited by the user - if the Website was accessed via a link,
  • the User’s web browser.

The above data is not assigned to specific personal data of the User and is stored for an indefinite period as auxiliary material used to administer the website and statistical purposes. The information contained therein is confidential and is not disclosed to other persons or entities.
